    Unexpected beach bliss

    The pools and beach were amazing. Our junior suite offered fine ocean views, and we loved the vibrant marine life just a swim away. The food was really good!

    Unfortunately, the room service was slow and cumbersome. We occasionally had to wait too long for basic necessities like towels and toiletries, which disrupted our relaxation.

    Incredibly beautiful and clean hotel with lovely view of the sea. Stunning and incredible location in Xpu Ha, just next door to Riviera Maya, the restaurants here and the Barcelo Maya Palace being one of those. Also, to the Brasserie.

    Amazing family vacation!

    We had a blast at the resort! The beach was gorgeous, and we spotted turtles and fish while snorkeling. Service was on point, especially at the Rodizio restaurant. The kids loved it! Just a bit crowded at the pools during peak hours, but that's to be expected in a big place. Definitely a nice trip!

    The beach was beautiful and had amazing marine life. The pools were fantastic, especially for families with children.     It was just a proper fit for a weekend break in Xpu Ha with reasonable value. The snorkel experience was lovely, saw turtles every day. Just be careful around the turtles and don't disturb them.

    I loved that this spot was just less than a 5-minute walk to Caleta Chac-hal-al and only a short distance from beautiful cenotes like Blue Cenote and Jardin Del Eden, perfect for weekend strolls and exploration. On top of that, the staff were great.
